志賀高原ビール ハバネロマンセゾン 8.5度
ハバネロマンが栽培したグリーンハバネロを使い、相性の良いアメリカン&NZ産ホップに自家栽培の信州早生をメインに使用した食欲を刺激するストロングセゾン。
セゾンイースト由来の控えめなエステルとホップの香りと相まって、ライムみたいな青い柑橘や、グリーンペッパーみたいな印象も。
甘やかさを感じつつもドライな飲み口を、当然ながらハバネロの辛さが引き締め、度数を全く感じさせない危ない仕上がり。

Shiga Kogen Beer Habaneroman Saison 8.5%
A strong saison that stimulates the appetite, made with green habanero grown by Habaneroman, American and New Zealand hops that go well with it, and home-grown Shinshu Wase hops.
Combined with the subtle esters from the saison yeast and the aroma of the hops, it also gives the impression of blue citrus like lime and green pepper.
The sweet yet dry taste is naturally tightened by the spiciness of the habanero, resulting in a dangerous finish that makes you forget the alcohol content at all.
