ボタニカル：ジュニパーベリー、ブラットオレンジ、ワイルドカルダモン、レッドペッパー、ガランガル、パンダンリーフなど
970本限定。
ボタニカルに満たされる今年のYES DOG GINは、カンボジア王国バージョン。
クメール料理のスパイス感、東南アジア特有のハーブの味わい。
胡椒の名産地であり、品種も赤、白、黒、ロングと辛味の刺激も様々。
それらの経験をジンへと昇華しました。
かすかに燻した柑橘が広がり、ハーバルな甘さ、根菜の苦味と共にピリッと椒の余韻。
水脈のような瑞々しさと植物の幻影が見える味わい。
