イギリスの伝統的なスタイルで、Bitter = 苦いという名前ですが、IPAの様にホップの強い苦味を楽しむ味わいではなくモルトのコクをゆったりと味わうタイプ。
ビスケットのようなモルトの香ばしさとホップの上品で心地良い香り。
アフターにはチョコやナッツ、ドライフルーツのような甘いフレーバーも感じられます。
